At Harlem Sound Meditation, we use the relaxing power of sound and somatic movement to help you step out of the judging mind and into a more loving connection with your body.
We believe healing doesn't only happen in solitude — it happens in community. That's why we've built more than a class.
We've built a sacred third space: not home, not work, but a place in between where you can set down what you're carrying and simply be.
Facilitated by Jeanine T. Abraham

Each week, we gather for Sound Baths and Meditations
designed to meet you where you are:
Sunday Recharge — a sound meditation and somatic movement practice to reset and prepare for the week ahead.
Every session closes with The Circle, a time for tea, connection, and community care — because the work of repair doesn't end when the bowls go quiet.
Private Penthouse Location.

Times are challenging. Our world is loud. Sound meditation allows for recalibration in caring community and reconnection to joy.
Weekly Schedule:
Recharge Salon Sundays at 2:00 pm
A Sound Bath for the Week Ahead
60-minute Sound Meditation followed by
The Circle 30 minutes for Tea, Intuition cards, Connection, and Community Care.
If you don't feel called to stay for tea you don't have to. Some folks like to take private time on their own after a session.

Sound has been used as medicine for thousands of years. Through vibration, resonance, and stillness, we create the conditions for the nervous system to soften, the mind to quiet, and the body to remember how to rest.
This is not about achieving a perfect state of relaxation. It's about practice — returning, again and again, to a gentler way of being with ourselves and each other.
We are proud to hold this space in Harlem, a neighborhood with deep roots in music, culture, and community care. Our practice honors that legacy, offering a space where rest itself becomes an act of connection to the people and history around us.
I look forward to providing the space for folks to relax.
See you soon...
Jeanine
